Noah Oloja
Co-Founder & CEO
BSc Computer Science · Two Masters degrees
Noah moved to Australia as a qualified professional and built SyncSkills from zero — starting with WhatsApp groups and word of mouth. When he lost a $142K corporate role with a pregnant wife, he had a choice: return to a 9-to-5 or build something that worked. He chose to build. His background in computer science and AI let him construct the platform from the ground up. Today he leads the business, the brand, and the mission.
Tayo Oloja

The architect behind the platform
Tayo experienced the same barriers as an internationally experienced professional — qualifications that weren't recognised, networks that didn't exist, and a market that demanded local proof they hadn't yet had the chance to build. As CTO, Tayo built the technology that powers SyncSkills: the AI career tools, the employer sourcing engine, the admin systems, and the learning platform. She turned lived experience into architecture.
