Imagine having a job where you finally feel valued and fulfilled — where your hard work truly pays off, and you can enjoy more time with the people you love.
Right now, we are looking for a handful of passionate immigrants we can make an example of what's possible in Australia, UK and Canada.
If you read this document to the end, you would have enough information that will transform your life.
If you're feeling unsettled, unfulfilled, or unhappy at your current job it's because deep down you know you're meant for so much more.
Most immigrants think they just have to settle, trade their time for money, do whatever comes their way, go with the crowd and do what everyone is doing in the country to "survive"...
But from experience let us tell you — it's NOT about doing what everyone is doing or just working in the jobs for mere "survival" and settling. We want you to THRIVE.
It's about being in the KNOW, breaking the sabotaging beliefs that keep you hitting your growth ceiling, and believing that you are meant for much more than working in low-skilled sectors.
And yes, we get it — YOU don't have any prior experience in Tech, right?
Here is what we will do: we'll focus on syncing the skills you currently have with the new concepts we would introduce to you in a group with other ambitious people. We like to refer to it as building a version 2.0 of yourself.
We use practical experience, hands-on learning, and real-world methods to help you acquire knowledge and develop skills to work effectively as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager and Product Owner.
So whether you have an IT background or not, or have zero experience working in Tech — we've got you with our unique method.
Beyond building skills, it is also a matter of how we market ourselves. When you migrate, there is a RESTART process and you may not have the leverage and connections that connect you to opportunities. That is why understanding how to market your skills and experience is vital.
How the Program Works
Part 1: Weekly Instructor-Led Sessions
With your spot locked in, you're now one of the few people with access to our weekly virtual classes on Thursdays and Fridays at 5pm–8pm QLD time which would optimise you to upskill by building your soft and technical skills within 3 months.
Every week our sessions are structured to help you develop practical skills through our apprenticeship-style approach. We teach you skills and give you opportunities to get practical and apply it. And like the old saying, champions eat FEEDBACK for breakfast — you get feedback on how to develop those skills.
Part 2: Job Application Strategy & Mock Interview Preparation
You're saving yourself hundreds of hours trying to figure out what to say during an interview, what information to have on your resume, how to beat the Applicant Tracking System, and how to be confident in an interview.
You will have a functional resume, optimised Seek and LinkedIn profile that attracts recruiters. Just follow our process and you'll have a structured framework that will allow you to confidently answer 90% of likely interview questions.
No more thinking about interview answers on the spot. Say NO to the uncontrolled nerves that jinx your chances. Ever heard of what happens when Preparation meets Opportunity? Job offer letters!
Our first 4 interview sessions are on Mondays and Tuesdays at 5pm QLD time which then transition to twice a month every Monday from 5–7pm QLD time.
One thing here: Others optimise you for entry-level jobs so you can take the safe bet. We insist on helping you secure experienced roles that will pay you $120,000+ salaries. Competition is high at the bottom. It's easier to grow from $120K to $150K, $160K, $200K than from $60–80K.
Part 3: Interview ToolPrep Kit
We share our ToolPrep Kit with you which includes likely interview questions and answer e-book, project bank e-books, recorded video blueprints, real-life interview videos, and more added every month — to help you create a convincing elevator pitch, quality project, and likely answers so you can rock your interviews.
No longer will you have to subject yourself to calls or interviews that always leave you worse. Now you'll know how to respond to a recruiter in a conversational and enjoyable way.
Part 4: Real Experience in Tech Australia
Knowing it may be difficult to demonstrate Australian work experience during the recruitment process, we have addressed this through our consulting arm, Jacinth Solutions, where you work on real consulting projects and build a professional portfolio that demonstrates your applied capability to employers.
You will also receive professional references based on the project work you deliver. Your consulting portfolio will reflect applied experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, QA Analyst, Project Manager, or whichever discipline you complete through the program.
