4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees for Services are as described on our website or in your agreement with us. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

SyncSkills Programs Payment Plan Policy
1. Introduction
This Payment Plan Policy ("Policy") governs the payment terms for participants ("Participants") enrolled in various programs ("Programs") offered by SyncSkills.
2. Payment Schedule
2.1 Participants may choose a monthly payment plan. Payments are scheduled to begin from the 4th class session and continue for the program's duration.
3. Initial Payment/Deposit
3.1 For all Programs: A non-refundable deposit, as stated on our website or invoice, is required at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance will be distributed across subsequent installments.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Payments that are delayed beyond class sessions will incur a late fee of 5%.
4.2 Continuous failure to make timely payments may result in suspension from the program.
5. Payment Methods
 5.1 Payments can be made via a designated payment link, which includes options such as credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by SyncSkills.
5.2 Cash payments are not accepted.
6. Automatic Payments
6.1 Participants have the opportunity to set up automatic monthly payments through our secure payment portal.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 For information regarding refunds, please refer to our separate Refund Policy document, detailing eligibility and conditions.
8. Adjustments and Modifications
8.1 Participants experiencing financial challenges may request adjustments to their payment plan. These requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
9. Communication
9.1 For any queries or concerns regarding payment plans, please contact our Finance Department at operations@syncskills.com.au.
10. Default and Termination
10.1 Failure to make consecutive payments according to the agreed schedule may lead to termination from the program. 10.2 Participants are liable for any outstanding balances.
11. Financial Assistance or Scholarships
11.1 SyncSkills offers a limited number of scholarships and financial assistance programs. Detailed information about eligibility and application processes is available on the SyncSkills website.
12. Confidentiality
12.1 SyncSkills is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of Participants' financial information, as elaborated in our Privacy Policy.
13. Legal Disclaimer
13.1 SyncSkills reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Participants will be duly notified of any such changes in advance.
14. Acknowledgment
14.1 By enrolling in a Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Payment Plan Policy.
