Role Overview
The Senior Legal Practitioner is a key advisory role within MigrateTify, responsible for providing expert legal and migration guidance to prospective migrants and students. This role requires a professional with deep expertise in Australian migration law, a passion for helping people succeed, and the ability to operate at the highest standard of professionalism.
This is a contract role with flexible working arrangements and potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, accurate, and ethical legal advice to prospective migrants and students across all Australian visa options, including skilled migration and employer-sponsored pathways
- Support clients with skills assessment preparation and submission across relevant assessing authorities
- Guide clients through key migration steps, including English language requirements, points assessment, state nomination, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and employer nomination processes
- Review and manage supporting requirements such as licensing, health and character checks, dependants, and responses to Home Affairs requests
- Provide strategic advice on risk, timing, compliance, and post-lodgement obligations across all Australian visa pathways
- Conduct consultations, assessing client circumstances and recommending suitable migration or study pathways
- Immediately prepare detailed, actionable reports following consultations
- Lead or participate in webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions for clients
- Respond promptly to vital client inquiries with clarity and precision
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with migration regulations and ethical standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of advisory processes and overall client experience

Contract Details
