We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts, amplify our brand presence, and coordinate a growing team of digital marketers. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for a high-impact, high-growth organization.
Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that put SyncSkills’ programs in front of potential learners, launch new courses, and grow our brand. They will also coordinate and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and successful campaign execution.
This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, leadership, and experience in consulting, product launches, and high-ticket offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for SyncSkills’ programs and courses
- Lead the launch of new courses and products, including campaigns, webinars, and promotions
- Promote SaaS or digital learning products to the right audience
- Drive high-ticket program sales by identifying potential buyers and creating strategies to reach them
- Track, measure, and optimize all marketing campaigns for maximum impact
- Coordinate and guide the marketing team
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure the team achieves its goals
- Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments to align on company objectives
- Advise leadership on marketing strategy, growth opportunities, and positioning
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and trends
- Translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives
- Oversee creation of high-quality content across all channels: social media, email campaigns, website, and paid ads
- Ensure messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with brand values
- Collaborate with the team to amplify success stories, testimonials, and case studies
- Experience in consulting, product launches, SaaS, and high-ticket products is essential
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in education, EdTech, or career training sectors is a plus
