Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who doesn’t just create content, but drives measurable growth. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute effectively across both organic and paid channels.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth, and work closely with founders in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Build and improve marketing funnels, including landing pages and email/WhatsApp nurture sequences.
  • Write and refine high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and other campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate quickly, identifying what works and what doesn’t.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, ensuring campaigns align with brand positioning and business goals.

What we're looking for

Required

  • Access to a reliable laptop suitable for digital marketing tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Proven experience in organic and paid digital marketing, including social media growth, ads, and funnels.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused copywriting and content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with team members and founders.
  • Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Webflow, or similar platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for performance.

Preferred

  • Comfortable with testing, learning, and iterating quickly based on data.
